Return of Reckoning

When do you need to use the /stuck x2? Is it during the initial load screen when logging in with a character or the 'book-screen' that comes right after?

I have had an issue with my main character not being able to log in due to, too many quests, apparantly. Someone told me this fix could help me login.

I've been doin this for the last 2 hours. Only got in twice and managed to dump 5 quests total.

Is there nothing a GM can do about this?

How this worked for me , after good advice .
when you log in to your toon as the game is loading type \stuck x2 in quick succession .
no book or anything as if your toon is moving like mine was in constant hover no commands work ,

so it has to be done from a first load as you get until you press a command before the toon activates ,
