It behaves almost exactly like that.
It's essentially a combination of Gas Squig and Squig Armor

Lol yeah I was hoping to mix crazy tactics and renown points until I got something useful but... nothing really worked.

Learned some lessons though so my skirmish playing has gotten better.

Swift strikes should be a 13pt ability and remade into the same random channelling rift ability. similar to Choppa. Call it - Git to da Elfy :D

Lol I hope you're joking m8 that ability would have to be named "Suicide Swipe" or something because you'd die instantly.

I still hold that it should be made into a non-channeled spirit or corporeal damage finisher with a 5 second CD usable from any position whose damage would be sub-par unless the target had at least two ailments or something

It would be like

"Deals 495 spirit damage to your target, dealing an additional 160 spirit damage per ailment your target is suffering up to a maximum of 4 ailments"

This would keep the ability in line with SW's bursty assault nature and take the pressure off of VoN + Brutal Assault

Not to mention it's laughable damage so you can just detaunt or disarm and enjoy your free AP-less choppa kill.

I'd love to hear some feedback from other players on my proposed ability to replace either swift strikes or sweeping slash, since they're both useless but sweeping slash is easily the most pointless speccable ability SW has.

For semi-usefulness cooldown on Sweeping Slash could be lowered to 2 seconds (or something).
Also, I think, that Masterful Aim should be convertable in strength too.

Masterful aim converting is probably not something they can code, they'd just have to adjust it to add strength as well as BS. If it added BS and WS it wouldn't be bad either considering strength cap is reachable, just very difficult.

I don't really see masterful aim as a problem. Your already have instinctive aim. In an assault build, you really can't afford to take two stat tactics anyhow. I mean, no respite and sinister assault are must haves already. You basically get either wrist slash or distracting rebounds as your fourth tactic.

Instinctive aim isn't in the game and giving up that much toughness is pretty difficult for me to rationalize
