It's not a bug. The player attacking you has a high ping and your position is shifted back in time on the server for the ability range check to ensure that he can actually hit someone.

Pretty sure I've explained this before.

Try it out and tell if it's possible to emulate that untouchable shaman healing the other day

but you have to admit that its really unfair against kiting classes such as SW or SH.
getting in meelee range as ranged dps often results in you being dead.

Its actually more common the other way around, running behind in 5ft of SW/SH and not being able to hit them in their privileged 300+ ping.

ok but for me its really annoying cause i have a really good ping .. around 40ms
it would be nice if in scenarios everyones ping would be displayed in the scenario window.
This would help players to see if they must be aware of some ping issues when fighting certain players with high ping

Might be even useful to add the national flags while we are at it. Oh the fun of constant bants and flaming

naah only the ping. there are so many ppl with high ping that you cant even be mad about one specific player.
I find this is would be a good thing.
