I hope you do understand, that sometime THE MIGHTY PREMADES are just guild or /advice group, which have low level/equip members, and gathered with a "hey, someone want to do a few sc? Write a +" method. So this is ruin their game completely.

To be honest, those don't excite me. :/ The first idea can easily be abused by just solo queueing your premade into the purge and rolling the other premade. The second might take too long, and given the current lag issue (people lagging out while still technically being in game) this doesn't seem likely.
You guys are making this harder than it needs to be.

solo group queuing can easily be avoided by randomly allocate the queuers to different scenarios. (or different scenario instances if only one sc is queued).

I died in orvr against a group of people! This is unacceptable. I want a zone for soloers in a group PVP-orientated game! I demand to get the same rewards as these organised groups, for 10x less effort! It is my right!

Not trying to sound rude, but are you really addressing the "issue" of premades? I mean, come on. The whole notion that if you queue with friends, who are more often than not perform even worse that random puggies, - you are now considered "the unfair advantage abuser" and "the destroyer of soloQ players fun" - is the overblown BS and by implementing
any form of premadeQ you accept it.
All this just to please the crowd that just would not want to group up and somehow are entitled to have their "safe space" scenarios. What's next, have everyone have all the crafting professions on their main so they won't be bother to interact with others/AH? Or are you going to balance it 1v1 and implement duelQ with separate roles? Or forced solo RvR lakes?
I know you guys are doing your best for the game and my opinion wouldn't change much but can't you at least postpone these scens until the majority of truly dedicated players approach RR70+ with working T4, when the gear gap between fresh T4 lowbie and full blown gankbus-ish minmaxed prem would be devastating

(maybe said lowbie should be camp-farmed from time to time so he/she would either get inspired by the strong opposition or leave to play a different game)

on behalf of someone who pugs a lot but also plays in an organized guild group, im all for being able to play 6vs6 against other groups.
And why shouldnt it encourage solo players to find or form groups in chat and just find out how good they really are? its not like you feel physical rl pain when losing a sc...

You're losing time and effort. You're not getting xp, rr, medals or emblems when losing a scene.
When pug against pug losing/victories are usually about 50/50.
When pug against premade you can easily lose 5 10 15 games in a row.

wow you "losing" time playing a videogame? ... now i heard it all ^^
and im 100% sure, that a pug group formed to have 2-2-2 can easily compete against 80% of the other premades running around. and against the 20% even other premades lose 90% of the time ^^
hell i even won against good premades with pugs when it happend there were 2 good tanks and 2 good healers and a good dps in my team ...

And... you honestly think and believe you shouldn't?
Let alone entitled to have your own separate easy ride queue.
