Return of Reckoning

In a sc I encountered a WL who would constantly jump on me. I dont know if this was an exploit or not because I dont know the cd of the skill. I play full tank chosen so he was doing little damage to me but he was jumping like every 3 secs !

actually, for a tank that is not a problem, but for a witch or squig, it's just impossible to resist. Jump are never stops! we bump he returned, he was stunned, he returned with a bound, have launched the leak, he still returned.
what I mean is that I'm not against the white lion, but at least his costs jump over can limit the PA which oblige and better manage these jump
