Changing stances is instant and costs nothing, summoning a squig costs 55 ap and 2 secs, its not hard to see which is easier to work with, pet does give some nasty damage tho when squig frenzy is not on cooldown but pets are unreliable, u also have von and sa to think about.tomato wrote:

Like i said who ever gets the jump should win(same gear/level etc) 3 secs of damage from either is to much to come back from.
The only downside of stances is that it restricts certain skills being available. Other than that, it is by far more superior to having a pet here on RoR. On live the pets were by far better and more responsive. Here... they are utter **** and the main reason I hate playing my SH.TenTonHammer wrote:Also summon cooldown on death of pet
