DW also has the advantage of faster aa to be able to proc enchantments, prayers and stuff more so its not like DW and 2h will be on par or that it will hard counter dw per say

when we are talking about weapons what about the wasted stats that is weapon dps for all caster's classes? Any chance for some changes at that direction?

Doesnt 2h increase ability damage more than equivalent DW would?

It gives u just a bit top-end damage, sustained damage is same or favor the DW if u have a proc-based career.

This change should be implemented.

What about classes which can use only 1h weapons without shield and others?
Is there something useful for them?

You aren't getting dual wield on your SW...
But seriously this is just for the 2h vs Dual wield discussion, the fact that Staffs are great weapons is amusing but it will have virtually no impact on the balance of the game.

Simple: While using 2H weapon U are granted with 10% parry strike thru and 5-10%(debatable) more dmg dealt.
