Same problem with me. Cant see any characters and when i hit play button it crashes.
Installed DX from link. Got Nvidia btw.

Computer Specs? Be sure to update your graphics drivers. Are you using any anti-virus or malware? Maybe trying adding WAR to the exclusion list. I know there are known issues with Symantec and other assorted anti-virus applications.

drivers are updated ... Nvidia GeForce GTX 960....i5-3570...8GB RAM .... there shouldnt be problem ... i think its some feature on graphic card ... but dont know what...

Try to turn off turn off the nVidia 3D vision in your control panel if you have it installed. Do a clean install of the Driver and only install the driver standalone if need.
