yeah in t4 it needs to be lvl 30-40

or some thing but even then you will have anni clad players getting rofl smashed by people with sov and stuff

since t4 will be anni-sov people will be geared all over the place

Some classes do ok as r22. Some classes are really gear dependant. Mdps suffer the moast ftom this. I was topping heals in scenarios as rank 22. But I played much more conservative aswell. A mdps can't really that. Thats actually a problem all trough the game. Melee dps suffers way to much at the begining of each tier.

Yeah but a whole warband of lvl 22 playerz (low levels zerg) can kill 3-4 lvl 32/40 playerz. :)

Lvl 39 is not needed but a raise cap to lvl 35 will be more welcome ...

Well instead of making lowbies compete with people 18 levels higher then them why not just lower the level requirement of skills? throw in a few more spec points for people to play with.

Basically all the tools of a t4 toon but at level 32.

It would keep the current gear relevant while adding a new toys to play with.

In another thread with a similar theme one of the devs mentioned the I think "explorers" gear that was available to level 22's that had a focus on defensive stats to help them survive again the R39RR70 people in t3 on live. Something like that can be here here I think and even tweaked to make it better.

stalker set is pretty easy to obtain and it make you competative enough vs much harder to obtain devastator set so the difference could be lowered pretty quick if the player know what he is doing

Lets be honest tho, this powergap problem is mostly for casual players, getting a full set of stalker isn't exactly something that is easy to do if you only play an hour a day or just on weekends etc...

The people this effects the most need something that is going to allow them to not get globaled by any geared DPS when they hit 22 and que up for scs or whatever.

it is easy to get. Most casual ppl just dont know how and from where to get the quests. The lack of knowledge is the problem not the lack of time
