Return of Reckoning

There quite a few jewels out there that have an exceptional talisman slot on them. As stated before, the Witch Hunter has a few as well; a range of Destruction classes has a talisman slot on their purple T2 RvR influence items. To track down and remove every talisman slot from every jewel for the sake of 'balancing' is quite a difficult task, since we have to find each of these jewels separately. An overal fix for these jewels will thus not be seen anytime soon, yet everyone is encouraged to post these bugged jewels onto the bugtracker so we can tell how many items (and potential counterparts) require fixing.

And hey, a level 13 blue ring? Talisman slot or not, it will become obsolete in due time.

I gues it's not that OP, for a minute i thought it was 31 str + a talislot
but its 13. i Gues that's fine.

Only time its worth using a ring like this is when you wanna slot extra armor. The vendor rr rings are better in all ways tbh.
