It's ridiculous bet yeah. It is kinda what we need to do.

When we fight PF in the lakes, HP doesn't lock. We just fight all night. Wipes on both sides and we love it.
We enjoy a good beating as well, but our WB leaders are alcoholics...And it's New Year's eve...You know...Russians

If anything I'd say there's more organised Destro than there is Order, but more Order over all.

A lot of guilds don't care so much for huge rvr, and will run smaller groups to take pickings or have good fights away from the zerg. I personally don't find zerg fights much fun at all; the constant to and fro from one warcamp to the other is somewhat monotonous and boring.

EU prime time you will see a lot of good destro and order guilds doing scenarios/rvr. Just look in the right places.

If we can start the communication ball rolling, it should help with the xrealming, if the bigger guilds stay on and stay motivated to fight, then the chance members will xrealm over will hopefully decrease and it will help solve the issue. Until the guild alliance system works then we need to rely on whispers/cross ts action etc etc, maybe a post listing the active guilds and their leaders, maybe setting up a big guild alliance that way can help in the meantime.
That's the key. I main a slayer with two other guys; one of whom might be a healer OR a tank or sometimes neither. I die like 15000 times a day. I just bounce back up and look for someone else to smash into. I don't think a lot of people do that though. You see it from both sides, one WB wipe and they peace out. IF guilds or individuals can organize and keep people motivated, despite deaths or lost defenses or wb wipes, Orvr will just plain get better.

A big issue I see is that a lot of people divide themselves up based on language. As a US player, that's never been something that I've had to deal with (unless you count WoW bgs with Brazilians). I'm not sure how to overcome that. Guild translators maybe? I'm not really sure. I know enough about spanish and russian that I can sometimes discern meaning from what I read, but I'm by no means fluent on any level in either language. You Euro folks may have better luck there though.

6 Mans (rvr) are mainly ganking groups. Not looking for fair/good fights. I can not understand how one can find this more fun than organized warband vs organized warband.

This is however, all based on just my observation from playing 1 year on RoR (EU playtime).

This is something we always avoid. As most order will vouch for we rarely mix ourselves up with the pug wb. WC tennis is so bad.

If 300 vs 300 is a good fight for you, then that's your style of PvP - and you're entitled to it. 6-mans prioritise with scenarios, usually, and roaming trying to hunt the zerging opposition. You will eventually get overrun by the zerg at times, but its what keeps it entertaining and interesting. Players must be playing well to keep the group synergy flowing and for you to get some good kills, whilst avoiding and surviving the zerg.

Whereas in my experience, wb vs wb is just aoe/people afking/to-and-fro without much else.

I agree i enjoy doing 6 man groups. Either picking off the Zergs back line, or SC's/RvR with a premade over a Zerg.

I'm confused... Are you calling 1 wb a zerg? Most of the time we are just 2FG.

I'm calling what most people participate in zerg, i.e. at least 2/3 WBs fighting another 2/3. And weren't King's Own a zergy guild back on live anyway? =P
