The RoR launcher won't work with it as one will have to be optimised for Mac OS

Small update on the progress: soon (appr. tomorrow evening) the upload will be finished and Elven will get the PM with the download link.

Not yet. The current RoR launcher won't work on the Mac, not until one is developed for use on Mac.
