After 10 you need to grind out the lvl 13 plaugesworn marauders till 14-16 or so then you go to chaos ch 8 and grind out the lvl 17 mobs their then go back to ic and grind gors afterwards from 22-26 you grind the lvl 22-23 marauder mobs in ic

And for Order? cant find any post with grinding zones

emp chapter 9 blood fen pq i believe? and near chaos chapter 8 their are some lvl 22-23 yetis

just stay in IC from 1 - 18 on gors, marauders up to like 20, then find a rat farming group. simple. don't bother travelling everywhere.
