1- remove or change the 4min30 timer limit -> atleast make it 8-9min
2- remove the "winning team can't surrend" -> we are just hostage of that one guy back capping while team is farmed at spawn
It serves no purpose than wasting everyone time. Let us move on if scenario is trash. People are still free to vote no if they absolutely want to play obj for some reason.
