Enemy addon not saving changes

Hi, I'm having issues with Enemy addon. It lets me add effects and they work fine during that play session but as soon as I log out the enemy no longer shows any of the effects I have put in.

So far I tried:
1) Deleting cache
2) Checked that it is not read only
3) Re-installed Enemy multiple times (tried using different versions)
4) Checked Windows activity for any blocked files (nothing recorded)
5) Game is set to run as admin
6) Disabled other addons\
7) Tried logging out, exiting, reloading, no change.

Sometimes the Enemy addon shows that it loaded with errors but I don't know how to check if there is something in the background causing this. Please can someone help with this?

I had the same issue, the only way I was able to make edits that saved was to go to:

user\settings\Martyrs Square\char name\char name\Enemy

and edit the following file:

SavedVariables.lua
