Fortress and bloodlord weapons which of them is better for WH?

Hi all! I have a WH,and I am wondering bloodlord weapon and fortress weapon which one of them is better?

Last I checked it was fortress mainhand and bloodlord off hand/pistol.
Some also prefer to swap it around though with bloodlord mainhand and fortress offhand.
