Vehicle Objects Bug

Hello, I'm new to the server, but played the game a long time when it first came out. I noticed a bug with the vehicle objects (ballista, cannons, lobbers, etc.) where they aren't being used properly. In the case of the lobbers and the ballista, I personally cannot get either to work. I'd taken my helf and orc back to their appropriate starting areas and in the case of the orc, cannot properly complete the quests because the lobber does not launch me onto the dwarfen fortress.

I know others have probably noticed and said something before, and I'm too tired atm to go looking for another thread about it, but can a dev give a hint as to when/if it can be fixed? Thanks.
