Freezes while Combat

hey yet another little problem that turns in.

So everytime i aoe (like with Flurry) the game freezes for tiny little short time but when i'm about to die, now right when the deathblow comes upon me, the game freezes for about 3 sec. Its kinda weird because i updated my graphics and got no lagging or freezing while doing other combat stuff.

any ideas?

I was thinking it's my PC that is **** up, but good to know. I also freeze when dying.
