WH/WE - Fanatical Cleansing / Increased pain

Fanatical Cleansing and Increased Pain should move to CORE tactic. Plain and simple. (still have to slot the tactic)


1. Why does it need to be changed:
Since there is no AOE tree for WE/WH all the paths are focused on single target spec, there is no reason to crit tactic be stuck in one path.
-Gear/Weapons/ all of them have a focus on crit stats, even defensive gear have some crit stats on it. Even if you try not to play crit build, sloting the best gear and weapons you end up with 15% crit.
- Opens up 2 different specs for both classes like EXIT WOUND+RB or DG+Punish the false for WH and Witchbrew+Pierce armor or OYK +BLB for WEs. Will any of these specs be OP? NO!.

It will be the death of Judement and Suffering? No, BAL + Oil for whs its very good for roaming and small scale, Sacrificial stab + heart seeker one of the best builds 1v1 for witch elfs. Players would still slot it.
The goal here is to open up more builds
