SH: Why are there two Sneaky Git tactics?
One you get baseline, one is at the top of the Big Bouncin'-tree. The name and description are identical.

Because Run Away! and RUN AWAY! got sick of being the only twins
One could be named "Sneaky Git"
and the other "Sneeky Gitz >:)"

The issue is that they are 100% the same tactic being duplicated.
