solo's que for city

Why are solo's que for city's only replacements and not auto fill ? This is dumb.

aloso tells me im a quitter when I am not, try to form a warband to be told im prevented from que.. this is real frustrating.. time for another break from this game

City as a whole needs a rethink. EU cant get one. Now its the weekend. I have a day totally free. Just got on and the campaign is back in T2 and theres nothing I'll be able to do to progress all day. When you log on and the first feeling is might as well just log out theres a problem with the design.

You're better off. You can sit there for 40 min with no notification if your going to get in or not. Usually not in my experience. It's worse that not having it available... trust me.

Agree.

They should re-introduce the original tier specific campaign setup (with a few modifications), add timers on fort locks to avoid stalemate zones and let Invader / Warlord /Royal medallions drop from players of appropriate renown rank. And add the possibility to up- and down convert those same medallions.

Could also add inv/sov as contribution tokens from zone participation. 24v24 cities are a cool idea but they rarely happen (for EU atleast) and once they happen the spontaneos nature of them makes it hard to field a proper/guild premade.

So for people that want to play 24v24 there could be made a 24v24 scenario within the standard scenario ququeing system (with the city map or something likewise). Could also make forts 24v24 (or 36v36?) and make them instances like cities, without need for reservations. Having a guilld grp split cuz of reservations is crap and not in the spirit of the game imo. Not sure how it would work in practice, but those are just ideas.

A bit off-topic, but whatever.

EU had one at 11:00AM yesterday, EU also had one at around 9:00AM this morning?

Saying there's nothing you'll be able to do to progress all day, when you have an entire day free is the exact reason I can tell you're city logging. How about spending the day organising some Warbands, pushing some zones so that cities can pop, as opposed to waiting for other people to play the campaign for you, for you to then be upset that cities don't happen when you want them to?

This is the mentality that causes cities to be scarce in specific timezones - 'I'll wait for everyone to push to T4 and then log in and hope city flips an hour later' - then if it doesn't flip, head the forums and discuss how Cities need to be time locked, and prime time for specific timezones.

Now, I'm not saying the City system is perfect, but unless people who are complaining about not getting cities, actually start pushing for cities - it's gonna happen.
