Tome of Knowledge - Are there any unlocks that you can't get at a higher level?

Debolstering helps greatly in this regard of course, but there might be something I'm missing.

Not sure if there are any currently implemented ones. But on live there were many, mostly killing people of higher renown (think there were a bunch for 4x or higher).
