Runepriest/Zealot dps Sov

Since 50% AoE healing debuff was 'too good', wouldn't it be nice to put 25% AoE heal debuff (BW/Sorc Bloodlord proc) on Runepriest/Zealot DPS Sov so those specs could bring some more utility for warband play?
