The WH's relics don't work correctly.

Hi, everyone.
I noticed this issue yesterday only.
When I use a relic (SoD for example) any another relic gets a cd too. In my case it was SO. And I can't use it for sixty seconds.This mean like no escape for a squishy hat.
Earlier it was impossible to use another relic in time when first one was used. (seven seconds like discribed).
p.s. Hope I wrote this in correct place.

The "You may only use a single relic at the time" might give you the answer.

I use SoD. It works for seven seconds. Why I can't to use a next relic "after" it and should wait for a full cd? It's wrong thing, imho.
