I installed direct x from the link it appears in downloads (extracted folder to desktop, then launched setup and installed)
Downloaded the game from torrent, then i uncheck read only on properties from RoRupdate and RoRlauncher files,
Still it appears and error on step 3 updating the client at 2%.
This is the error that pops up:
