Fort's problem

Good afternoon. Found the following bug: when trying to open a prison at the fort, he was killed by enemy NPCs and after that he resurrected in the same place, but you can’t use skills (as if I’m in prison). Moreover, after using the scroll (as in prison), it teleports me as expected. The video is attached.
