Concept: turn in Scenario quests to NPC who gives quest?

The turn in NPC for these quests at the capital works and I see the social aspect.

However having to travel back to our capital after every scen is a bit impractical. It would be great if in addition to the turn in NPC at each capital if we could also turn in Scen quests inside the scen, from the quest giver, so we dont have to book out from wherever we're located to IC after every scenario.

We miss out on emblems if we haven't traveled back to the capital to turn in and we get the same map a few minutes later.
