Why Destro so bad always cheating?

Just now I help a 38lv kotbs which is my guild mate do KV lair
We met a BG name moderated
When we near kill him he crash. This repeated 2 times (he wait us hitting boss then come in hit us)
and my mate call a GM to look the fight on the 3rd time (that BG wait us hit boss come in to kill us)
the 3rd time he see the GM and let us kill
then he bring a Chopa back and wait me hit boss kill us
after that we go back want kill them and the chopa not here replace a dok with that BG, since my mate low lvl cant win them. I am ok for lose even if we are really cant win. But why he do cheating and that GM seem want to let him know
Then he see GM ofc he wont cheat. Then GM dont do anything? What is this crash??? no GM crash 2 times at hp 5%. GM here no crash?
