Game bug before character selection

Hi,
I created a new character and spammed the "create" button because it was not responding, i had a "server not responding" error, restarted game. Now my game freez before characted delection, every time.
Game loads :
Entering the fray...
Connecting to server...
Hanshaking...
Logging in...
Login complete.
Login complete.
Then game try to load character selection:
Locating battles...
Searching for allies...
Aaaaaaaand bug.

i restarted many time, restarded computer, reinstalled game. Still freezing there. Tried to contact GM on discord, friend contacted GM in game, problem not solved.

I dont know what i can do anymore. Thank you in advance.
