Launcher issue WAR-64.exe

How do i fix this issue it was working just fine a couple hours ago it started downloading a new patch WAR-64.exe (1/1025) and i get the error message above. I have unchecked the read only option on the directory folder so I am unsure what else to do.

Check your virus protection and set the file or directory as excluded. Happened to me yesterday also, had to un quainty war exe
