prolonged lag- Slideshow playing

Hi guys,

I've had an issue of late where the game seems to be getting to be a slideshow for chunks of the time or worse. I've tried everything i can think of on my end (closed any programs, reset router, ect ect) and cleared my game Cache files (which helped improve to from oil painting FPS to slideshow) but it's still pretty much damned near unplayable.

Anyone else got similar experiances? Or have any tips on what could be done to improve it?

I've thus far set all name styles to basic, made the video quality as low as it will go and a few other basics but it's not having much effect.

Might be a server-wide issue at the moment as several players are experiencing massive lag spikes and/or slideshows. Might as well try go through this list here? Good luck!
