LUL ft/s? so you move at 100 ft/s at base speed?

No. I think it's 10ft/s, meaning 100ft/10s. This makes sense since slows of 40% decrease your movement speed to 60, i.e. 60ft/10s. Not 100% sure though

Pretty sure that MS is a percent. As in 100% move speed.

Turn on the enemy guard distance shield icon while moving, voila
