I've been trying to get a decent slayer avatar for forum but every one I find is apparently too big. Anybody know how to crop them or link to some good, decent sized images?

Use MS Paint. Got a resize function based on pixels.

How did you manage to run this game

Irfan view is nice for that too, just pick the image, crop it as you like and resize to the forum requirements
