probleme de conexion

Bonjour, lorsque je me connecte j'ai le message suivant qui apparait:

AN ERROR OCCURED...
Could not connect to login server
System.Net.SocketException (0x80004005: Aucune connexion
établie car l'ordinateur cible l'a expressément refusée 46.105.54.77:80
à System.Net.Socket.connect(IPadress[] adresses, int32 p
à System.Net.Socket.connect(String host, int32 port)
à RoRlauncher.client.Connect()

Je jouais encore hier soir sans difficulté, si quelqu'un à la solution(en francais svp je ne parle pas anglais) Merci
