Rifle for Witch Hunter?

Looking at the npc renown vendors around the War quarter in altdorf I found this witch hunter carrying a sword and a rifle, so I ask if it is possible to get a similar rifle (as a cosmetic) in the game, for witch hunter or any of the other human classes?

I just really want my character to look like a handgunner, or one of the militiamen around altdorf.

If the item isn't available yet how I wish it was, If I recall correctly they did have a thread where you could suggest cosmetic items that npc's have equiped but are not yet available to the players, I would suggest this If i knew where the thread was located.
