Anniversary quest?

Hey guys just want to ask if You removed the anniversary quest or is it a bug and someday we can do the quest again? Because i was trying to get the Googles for my wh but the Server went down and now i thought try it again but the quest npc is almost dissapeard now im sad cause i want that googles

it was only supposed to run for coupe of weeks (extended due to server issue orignally) and then we ran into the big DDOS, so I am not sure if they plan to give it a return for reckoning.
