Xp changes and few questions

What is the new xp growth now? Is it more with kills or quest turn ins? And I do not want this project to fail period and wanted to advertise it and stream but that would bring the wrong people in I would think?

The xp rates here are not intentionally faster or slower than live. They might be, but that's not a design choice, and we're constantly tuning it.
