Fanaticism Tactic Working?

I'm curious if the Fanaticism tactic is working as intended.

"Increases your chance to critically hit by 10% and your chance to parry by 10%, but reduces the effectiveness of your healing abilities by 20%"

While slotted I still show a crit chance of 0%.

Edit: Ignore, a few WP got back to me and said it is working and I just learned about the .getstats command.
