Red web server, Yellow login server

Hi ho,

When I get to the launcher, I can't click on Connect since it is greyed, because the web server is marked as red and the login server is marked as yellow.
I had this problem before and I managed to make it work again by doing nothing, so this problem appears to be totally random. I have no problem to connect to anything else : websites, vpn's, games... it's just RoR launcher randomly having this bug. but this time I tried many different things and it still won't work again..
I tried rebooting pc/connection, using ethernet cable, shutting down every possible firewall, using admin rights to launch the game.. nothing worked.
