Crossrealm talking only saving grace was duel/6v6 invites.
Calling someone sh**/f**/maza*****/whataver is not roleplay. Its quite the opposite.
Trash talking was a cancer. Glad its gone - like on live.

No more cross realm talk...
Well, you guys did this to yourselves, by trying to make people salty with some of your /s.
Now you have it. People are made salty by your in-game toxic behavior.
Play stupid games, win stupid prizes I guess.

Funnily enough, yes. One of the quotes J use is:Telen wrote:''Kill all those Irish civilians''?Fallenkezef wrote:Ironic, my new WH is called Cromwell and spent the afternoon setting some great Oliver Cromwell quotes into /say macros.
This is a righteous judgement of God upon these barbarous wretches, who have imbrued their hands in so much innocent blood.

Shame about the change but at least I don't have to add everyone of Faidenz' new characters to my ignore list because of toast spam, whatever he meant. I don't think anyone on Order knew either.

Re: Patch Notes 6/1/2018
Really disappointed with the loss of being able to interact with half of the playerbase when online.
Sure, I might have received few hate tells, but I always laughed at those, and I've received far worse trash from people playing same realm.
Roleplaying suffers maybe most, I may not be the most hardcore roleplay macro spammer, but I will honestly miss seeing "Dwarves of Ekrund" being shouted in RvR. It was almost a part of the game, an essential weekly RvR event to see that battlecry roar amidst the slaughter.
We in TUP mostly maintain a radio silence to limit the amount of salt we otherwise might generate, but occasionally we too enjoy using /say chat to banter or make jokes to our beloved frenemies. Having been able to converse over realm boundaries, we have probably warmer relations to certain Orderlings than towards some of our so-called realm allies.
Being able to speak to anyone in game was one of the best things RoR had better than the live version, it made the game in my honest opinion even better.
This is a small unique game, where a remnant of a remnant of formerly large live playerbase still does some Realm versus Realm action. Despite killing one another, the players still appreciate other players for providing them in-game content. There is relatively little hate, IMO, and considerably large portion of the salt is aimed at your own realm mates.
Honestly saddened with the loss of inter-realm communication.

Also receiving hate tells are hilarious, especially when people are bad.
If they really annoying you, just kill them, over and over, like zaxxond or lucca who spam crap like "zaxxed".
@Gerv - I guess it would be annoying when a predominantly pug BW who is widely renown for his under skill play kills someone in your precious 6 man.
I support this move. Why? There is a difference between Easy, Zaxxed, Waaaagh and Zabbed. Then there is the images below which is why I started "Zaxxed" in the 1st place.

I've had some lively exchanges with TUP from the keep battlements. Always regarded TUP and Black Tooth Clan as the two most enjoyable Dessie clans to fight. Will miss that banterAurandilaz wrote:Really disappointed with the loss of being able to interact with half of the playerbase when online.

It is at that point, then, where you utilise the ignore function. If you feel that a line is crossed (and this is entirely dependent on you and your own interpretations of what is and isn't fair speech), you can ignore the person. Why must the entire community have /s removed because some people don't know how to use the ignore system? Baffling.Zaxxond wrote:Luuca wrote:however, Luucca is doing it as parody. Don't get me wrong - the stuff in those screenies is pretty stupid, but I would opt for ignoring the perpetrators as opposed to a blanket silence on all.
