Our crew didn't die we used those 9s to burn down bad groups and very often we did multiple in those 9s. HOTs or not didn't make any difference since we also used assist

The more utility a class have the less cc must have. And a stag that last more than 6 seconds it's too long for put it in game.

i just see that all root on rdps are 5 sec exept sorc that have 10 sec root, and it felt bad as those root do not have a limit to 4 ppl like those of tanks so i just point it out.

Ye cc should be used to balance the weakness of a classes regard tanks, but healer and dps should follow even other things

I can't really comment on WH balance as the last time I played the live game was 5 years ago. Fervour is that stupid DoT that in order to reach its potential, you need to whack an enemy 3 times. Which works perfectly when it's on a tank(Blazing Blade is its equal on Knight), but arguably on an assassin(basically).

Yeah, it's my dream see. A game where tanks don't just facetank stuff in PvE but actually use CC to attain their goals. Facetanking isn't real, it's stupid in almost any way you look at it(would you hit a guy who's cussing you, your family etc or a guy who's the most dangerous-say he has a sniper in his hands). ...still tanks should be about the mix of CC and Defence. Preferably Guard systems as well.

Well, back when I played WH, nobody touched Inquisition for anything other than Exit Wounds. Torment was the attack of choice.
I don't think Fervor makes much sense considering that every time a stacking buff is applied, the ticks reset, so the first tick of the x3 Fervor stack comes 3 seconds after the last strike used to apply it.
But look on the bright side, you could be a White Lion. Hack and Baiting Strike are two of the most deeply inspiring skills I've had the pleasure to gaze upon.

Imo the stagger remove ability was a big step forward to create more depth in the gameplay (besides simple damage/heal and debuff/buff).
I think also the majority of players like WARs PvP, because it has diversity and is not so simple-minded like in modern MMOs (e.g. GW2).
So maybe new players have to learn more than in other games, but on the other side in WAR it isn't zerg > all.
Btw: I would rather see the aoe-stagger on an underwhelming tank class like SM or BO though, but this isn't possible atm.

Cos wh rotation it's extremly fast and his dps x second it's a lot high, i am not against any change that make classes less 2-3 button spam but if any change want be done that influence the dps of a alredy good classes i'd like that would be tested before, also in 1.4.0 we/wh tornment revealed itself too good with no armor restriction. Probably due to sh/am being so behind dok and wp and crit crazy proc.
For sure something costructive to look in future for both wh/WE and cloth healers. Just maybe there are other top priority at the moment and later on the fix issue.
