Yes, magic power. 280+ magic power and around 1100 int. with getn smarter buff.

Could deal a bit more and have more wounds with triring + magic power talisman, but thats long run goal.

3s window with delayed abilities all going off at same time etc then definitely Sorc/BW.

3s elapsed damage starting from scratch, probably WL, Magus who is in close range with reduced cast time tactic could probably get close.

Induce rr77 Shaman
rr7x AM, Choppa, WL, WH, WE, BG
