Freezing & Lag

I have this problem when playing on my laptop, but i figured out if i play when its on the charger i do not have any problems.

When I indicated the French VPN didn't work the 1st time, but did the 2nd time I had forgotten that I had also switched to my old router (ASUS RT-AC87R) from the newer one Brighthouse had installed. Evidently, this was the problem as my issues have mostly vanished. Both lag and freezing. Oddly, the old router sits behind one of the APs from Brighthouse (but not the main router). It's also over 1000 ft away, vs. the problematic router that is in the same room. I may dig around in the settings of this cable company router, but am uncertain what would cause this type of issue.

Thought I'd update this in the event that it may help anyone. Looking at a router (especially an unknown from the cable company) may be something worth investigating.

i get 2-5 second freezes (sometimes i even need to kill the client) when i get buffs from runepriest. this is a new issue btw.

also happened in live , it's related to client i think, the rp/ze buff refresh the ui so that's why it happen the same with /rel
