Last night on bugtracker saw some "Indiana Jones" said that if your RVR didn't open . try to unlock whole map - so I start travel on my mara - WAS very happy when 15 min later I found a spot to unlock Emp\Chaos Tier 3 Influence rewards) so I would share with you guys.

To open T3 chaos Influence you need to go HIGH PASS 18.5 4.7
