Yeah, all folders checked via website instead of mail client. Also tried disabling the spamfilter to no avail..

You mentioned you changed your password to "simple password". I presume any non-alpha/numerial values are present?

Only lowercase letters plus digits at the moment

From my initial checks it seems there could be a problem with the mail system (this is not cofirmed, nor do I have to the power to resolve this).

You're probably 1 post away from unlocking PMs lol. In terms of inactive accounts, I doubt you will be able to get it removed, unless you sincerely want that particularly username.

Ok, so, it seems that Outlook.com and all Microsoft related emails won't receive emails for the moment, as our new host for the website is in a range of blocked IP because of spamming.

I've opened a ticket @Microsoft to unban our IP, and it has been accepted. It can take up to 48h o be effective. If you have to create an account, please use another email provider.
