Mid Tier Scenario Renown Ratio (outside of event)

I had a similar thought in my own feedback thread.

SC's just don't give enough RR to even keep up with much less exceed your CR and make leveling a headache because you are constantly trying to keep your RR ahead of curve.

This has a snowball effect of people avoiding any content that isn't orvr blobs due to the anxiety of being powerless when they hit CR 40 and don't have RR to equip anything decent. Even classes that are undesired in WB play clamor to enter WB's because there is not much other way to keep up.

The RR boost from this event in SC's have shown us a way healthier leveling ecosystem, even at slow times I can get midtier and lowtier SC's to pop because people don't fear outleveling their RR.

Best route so far is go for pve once you hit 40 and unlock wards with it. Use rvr in peak times to farm renown. Avoid scenarios at all costs unless you are invader at least or enemy just zero you down. Pve is easiest and safest route to high level gear

For the love of god let me shatter my rested xp bonuses. Some char havent played in years just got like 3 levels in the 20s off 5 sc wins.
