If a laptop or desktop is loaded with Republic of Gamers software (namely Gaming Center or something like that on the Asus computers) it will have a conflict running Return of Reckoning.

Thanks for whomever posted that solution in a previous post.

You will want to delete that application and then try rerunning the game. Hope that might be the solution you are looking for!
