PQ Functionality

Do PQs work? I saw in the last change log that there were some fixes for PQs and in the game I noticed that there is a progress message to the player when killing things required for a PQ(like flagellants killed 32/60). Ive been able to get to the second stage of one of the PQs in Nordland but it was marked as failed after a few seconds. Do some PQs work and are they a priority(like rvr and scenarios)?
