Box of recruit's medallions openning issue

I have recently bought 3x5 Box of recruit's medallions (Contains 5 3x5 recruits medallion) in order to buy the devastator set, but it seems that I cannot open the boxes...

My Character's name : Fricc (lvl 12 Choppa) - Online

My borther's character : Jozsi (lvl 12 Blackguard) - Same issue as for me


Would you be so kind and replace those 3 boxes with the 15 medallions for us each?

The boxes do not work and currently we are unable to reimburse any items or gold lost.
