I propose once Invader TOK unlock is acquired in the lakes then Warlord drops become available from ORVR in bag drops.

Split royal crests into medallions and emblems like the other sets SOV primary set currency drops in the lakes and have Off set SOV currency drop in city instances just like other scenarios.

Once you receive TOK unlock for full SOV you lose the contribution modifier for gold bag rolls in city or an opt out option reminder during the roll.
